SoftWork Beats — Public Performance License

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

Grant of License

SoftWork Beats ("Licensor") hereby grants a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to publicly perform all music available through the SoftWork Beats platform (the "Music"), subject to the conditions set forth below.

Who Is Covered

This license is available to any individual, business, venue, or organization ("Licensee") that accesses and plays the Music exclusively through an official SoftWork Beats platform, including but not limited to:

  • The SoftWork Beats website (softworkbeats.com)
  • The SoftWork Beats Roku channel
  • Any future official SoftWork Beats applications or devices

Both free (ad-supported) users and active subscribers are covered under this license. No paid subscription is required to obtain public performance rights — playing the Music through any official SoftWork Beats platform, including the free ad-supported tier, is sufficient.

Permitted Uses

Under this license, Licensees may:

  • Play the Music in public spaces such as restaurants, retail stores, gyms, offices, waiting rooms, and similar venues
  • Stream the Music publicly through speakers or displays connected to an official SoftWork Beats platform
  • Use the Music as background audio in live events, presentations, or broadcasts, provided the Music is sourced directly from an official SoftWork Beats platform during the performance

Conditions

This license is conditioned on the following:

  1. Official Platform Required. The Music must be played directly through an official SoftWork Beats platform at the time of the public performance. Pre-recording or redistributing the Music outside of official platforms is not permitted.
  2. No Modification. The Music may not be altered, remixed, or synchronized with other content without a separate written agreement.
  3. No Sublicensing. This license may not be sublicensed, sold, or transferred to a third party.
  4. Compliance with Platform Terms. Licensees must comply with the SoftWork Beats Terms of Service at all times.

Disclaimer

This license covers public performance rights for the Music as owned or controlled by SoftWork Beats. Licensees are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any additional requirements imposed by local law or third-party rights holders. SoftWork Beats makes no warranty that the Music is free of third-party claims in all jurisdictions.

Termination

This license automatically terminates if a Licensee breaches any of its conditions. SoftWork Beats reserves the right to modify or revoke this license with reasonable notice posted to the official website.
